Community Project Officer – RECCA

RECCA, as part of Connect Group, is expanding — and we’re looking for a Community Project Officer who truly understands people, culture, and the power of networks. Someone who’s naturally connected, active in various circles, and knows how to turn communities into meaningful collaborations.

About RECCA
RECCA focuses on Client Mobilizer, Cultural & Lifestyle Integration, Community Activation, and Insight-based Research. We work closely with brands, communities, and youth culture to create programs, IPs, and campaigns that truly resonate.

What You’ll Do:
1. Explore, expand, and nurture community networks (youth, lifestyle, SMEs, campus, creatives, cultural groups, local movements).
2. Develop community pipelines — from discovery to partnership and long-term engagement.
3. Build activation concepts and IP development rooted in community insight.
Lead and execute community programs (online & on-ground).
4. Work closely with across Entities under Connect Group
Conduct field research, gather insights, and identify growth opportunities for brands.

1. Has strong community connections — whether campus, creative circles, lifestyle communities, or grassroots networks.
2. Naturally sociable, communicative, and proactive in building relationships.
3. Understands culture, trends, and what moves people.
4. Has experience in community management, event activation, or partnership development.
